The colour selector that you have available to you to select the colours for all of your options can be quite daunting.

On a PC
On a PC you can choose from a simple palette, a larger one or pick your own custom colour.

Web Safe Colours?
There are 216 known "Browser Safe colours".  A Browser Safe colour is one that a designer can use that will be seen by both Windows and Macintosh users without the image being messed up.
If you are using a Macintosh computer, then I suggest that you use the Web Safe Color palette that is available to you.  If you are using a PC, then you might want to consider looking at http://www.visibone.com/colorlab/ to view all 216 colours and retrieve the RGB value from there.
The advantage of going to this site is that you can mix and match colours so that you can build your colour scheme.

Once you have your colour selected, you have to enter the RGB colour manually in your colour selector.
