Homepage Buttons The Homepage Construction Kit has the following buttons available for selection for the Button Bar selection. If you don't see buttons you like, you can use a graphics program to design and upload your own to your Home Page (My Web Site) folder and use them. There are some things you have to know however if you want to make this work.   1.  You have to save your graphics in either GIF, JPEG or PNG Format 2.  All buttons must be exactly the same dimensions 3.  You need to know the exact height and width of the buttons in pixels. Once you have designed your buttons you can upload them to your Home Page folder or a folder within your Home Page folder.  To do this, open the folder and File -> Import > Import Files and Folders to bring up the Open File dialog box on your computer.  Locate and select the files that you have stored on your computer and want to use as your buttons  This will upload them to the selected folder. Now you can open your Web Page Construction Kit document and click on the Colour Scheme/Button Bar tab. Make sure you click on to ensure that your buttons will be displayed. Change the values of the Button Height and Width fields to match the dimensions of your buttons. Click in a"Button Name" field that you wish to use. This is a pop-up list that will allow you to also enter text.  To tell the Home Page Construction Kit template that you want to use your own button rather than one from the list, precede the name of your file with an "*". This instructs the Home Page Construction Kit to look for a file called Location.gif located at the first (root) level of your Home Page Folder. If your buttons are located inside a folder called Buttons inside your Home Page folder, then entry would be and this instructs the Home Page Construction kit to look inside the Buttons folder for the button called Location.gif
